It's officially Spring! The temps are warming up and the birds are singing. It's amazing how long each day is when you get up with the sunrise.
The hardest part about getting up early is going to bed on time! Prioritize the wind down process in the evening in tune with the sunset and your circadian rhythms will fall in line.
